EXTERIOR
The outdoor space in this house is fabulous. The screened in patio invites you to relax in the shade while the 31 ft. by 14 ft. pool and spa offer plenty of sunshine. There is a wading area for the little ones to splash in the water. More sitting and lounge spots are provided to enjoy island life.
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
There are four parking spots in the driveway.
