The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking and a great neighborhood. The host was responsive. Shows 8 bed 8 bath but there is only 7 bathrooms with no common restroom for everyone to use. When we booked the house it was titled “with heated pool” but when we arrived it was not working and informed they removed the heated part from the description. I feel that would have reflected the cost of the house. The dishwasher did not work and for 8 bedroom house it was missed for sure.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house is beautiful and beautifully located. The furnishings were modern and in excellent shape. The house was very well equipped for our family of 13. We really appreciated the bicycles and games to help occupy time for our youngsters. When we come to Florida again… this place will be first on our list. Definitely worth the repeat stay!

The property is beautiful. The view from the upstairs balcony is fantastic. We visited during the 4th of July and watched fireworks from the balcony. Overall, a perfect stay.

Our stay was great. We had a larger party and this house accommodated us very well. The pools area is great, the views of the water are awesome. Kitchen has everything needed. Only feedback I would have is to have TVs in the bedrooms. Other then that, great. Would stay again.

Great location with plenty of room!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Luxury on the River property! It was a BEAUTIFUL location with an amazing view of the Halifax River. We had a wellness retreat here and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Lots of sitting areas, the pool was lovely and the kitchen was set up perfectly for people to watch our cooking demonstrations. A great walking path located right across the street with parks in either direction. It’s also a quick and easy drive to the beach and downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!
