The Space:
Welcome to our cozy lakeside retreat! Y'all will love spending time in this home-away-from-home. Fire up the propane grill for some delicious outdoor cooking, then gather around the indoor electric fireplace for a cozy evening in. With hi-speed wifi and YouTubeTV, you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.

On the main level, Bedroom 1 features a comfy king bed with an attached bathroom boasting a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a twin bed, also with an attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 both have king beds and attached bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 is perfect for the kids with a twin over full bunk bed and a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, there's a ping pong table for some friendly competition!

Upstairs, Bedroom 6 and Bedroom 7 each have a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Getting Around:
The lodge is conveniently located 10-minutes from Branson’s entertainment and shopping district, along with a myriad of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and hiking, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Whether you are celebrating a special event or a family vacation, this lodge offers something for everyone.

Other Things to Note:
The Rocky Shores lakefront vacation destination is brand new. GPS and mapping apps have not yet surveyed the streets and physical addresses. Please follow Highway 65 to Highway 265. Follow Highway 265 for .7 miles to Highway P. Remain on Highway P for .8 miles to Clevenger Cove Road. Please follow Clevenger Cove Road, Hollister, MO 65672 1.5 miles into Rocky Shores. Each home is denoted with a house number.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. The house in Branson was excellent. The house layout is really nice. There are three levels which allowed our family of 20 plenty of space. The furnishings are really nice, the kitchen is laid out well and stocked with everything that you need. The downstairs was a hit with the kids with the ping pong table etc. Everyone also loved the hot tub. The kids also spent a good bit of time at the indoor pool which was really nice and it was close to the house. I highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive prior to, during and after the rental. Great experience.

The property is clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with hand soap, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags. The view is beautiful and the furniture is all very comfortable. We highly recommend this for a big group.

The one thing my family look for when we stay anywhere is cleanliness and this place was just that. We especially love that each bedroom has their own bathroom, which works out well for everyone. The checkin was super easy and the host was easy to get a hold of. Will definitely come back.

The house was wonderful and spacious and very clean. It had plenty of room for the 4 families that stayed there and each room had its own bathroom which was nice. The complex was nice. My only complaint would be the location. It was a little further out than we expected so the nearest store was about 15-20 minutes away. It was a little tough to get to with winding through neighborhoods and trailer parks. The view of the lake would have been wonderful had it not been for the storage sheds surrounding the back of the houses. If this house/complex was located somewhere else I would definitely return. If you don't care about location then the house was perfect.

This was a great meeting place for our family from VA, KS, and TX. The home was just as described and met our needs. We enjoyed the two separate living areas, the hot tub, and ping pong table. We also liked the location as it was easy to go to Branson for attractions.

Great porperty!

We had 3 families that stayed, and it was the perfect set up. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. We really liked that each room had their own bathrooms. The pool was perfectly located and the blackstone was amazing for our meals.

The property is wonderful for family gatherings. Seven bedrooms with seven baths, spectacular views, close to the pool. We took our children, spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was a great place to make many memories.

Absolutely LOVE this property!!

We staying at this lovely home with a large group of family. 10 adults (18 to 86) and 5 kiddos (5 to 13). I have to rave about what a fantastic experience this was. The property itself has 7 bedrooms (comfy beds) but I think a well thought out convenience was there were bathrooms attached to EVERY bedroom (except the bunk bed room). The kitchen made cooking meals easy and the kids loved playing ping pong and the outdoor pool practically out your front door. They even went to the indoor pool on a Rainey day. The host responded quickly to one minor issue (tv remote) and the week went quite smooth. Close drive to all the Branson attractions and the lake view was beautiful. I would DEFINITELY book again without any hesitation. Wonderful property and host.

Perfect home for a large family

We took a trip to Branson with the extended family and this house was perfect for what we needed. There was space for everyone to spread out and plenty of seating at the table to enjoy a meal together. The kids loved the hot tub, the ping pong table, and the indoor pool down the street. It was a perfect peaceful getaway!
