It has a living / usable area of approx. 60 m² and can be occupied by up to 5 persons (+1 infant in travel cot). The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, with access to a cozy breakfast terrace, a storage room, the bathroom (shower / WC) and the living / dining room with sitting area and dining area and open kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer , Dishwasher, microwave).
