Our room was not ready on time. We spilled some water and when we wiped it up with a towel the floor was dirty. We had to change rooms because the initial room wasn’t ready and it could have been cleaner overall. Employees were not aware of services in the hotel. While in the shower the lights in the bathroom would go out even though the shower was not excessively long. We would not book this hotel again.

This was a brand new hotel so everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and coffee was available all the time. It’s not too far from downtown but still a drive. I recommend the farmers market in Holland. Vibrant and fun. Big lake brewery had good food and a nice selection of beer. Their amber was so good we brought some home. Overall a good place to stay.

Great new gem

I love the vibe of this hotel, it’s like an IKEA showroom with this beautiful pop art mural of Holland, Mi. Rooms were efficient in size but very clean and the openness of the room felt cleaner, no dingy closet. Staff was wonderful, we had an issue with some of our plugs not working when we arrived but they fixed right away. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage and pancakes plus the usual. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was apparently built this year (2025) and they are still working out the kinks. Things that won’t change are like others said, small room, little space for our belongings. We traveled with our young daughter so eating at a tiny desk was tough, we ended up eating in the lobby with takeout. I would not recommend this place for multiple nights as they do not clean the room. We had to leave our trash in the hallway and get our own towels, which is fine but I don’t remember other hotels being this way. Trivial but they have the tiniest trash cans with a split in the middle, it’s the same bag so I highly doubt they recycle as indicated. The QR code for info on the TV was not updated or informative. You could hear loud trucks very early in the morning. The pool allowed people staying there to look in as well as walk in from the parking lot. I found this uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic as expected but they need to clean the toaster. One day it’ll be all burning crumbs. The place was clean but just ok overall.

Just opened in May of 2025 so was very new and updated. Great for the price. Room was not huge but big enough. Breakfast was plenty but ends at 9 am sharp. The pool was small but nice. Need to do something about the floors around pool way to slippery.
