This nice little home is located right on one of the more populated lakes in the local region. The lake is located within in 35 miles of Acadia National Park. It is a great Hot Spot for fishing, boating and family fun and swimming! "Family Fun"

Adequate in some ways

Couldn’t reach property owner or get an answer from Verbo about getting in to the cottage. Found cottage open, entered, no idea how to lock when we leave. The owner called soon after and even stopped to check on us. Had to clean pellet stove for it to work. Location on Lake nice. All amenities available and in good condition! Price was low for the area.

Perfect lake getaway

Beautiful spot right on the lake with a nice big beach. Good size rooms with a nice big kitchen and living room. Will definitely book again!

Rocky Start - But great property

We had a rocky start completely out of the hands of the property manager. The newly installed lock on the door broke the first time we left. After several hours of trying to get in touch with the property manager we finally got in and had a great and very relaxing stay at this location. Would highly recommend if you are looking to relax and get away. Easy enough drive to Acadia National park

Family trip

We had a great time at this location! Pros: Easy check in Timely response with landlord Great location Easy access to amenities Landlord very lenient with our lack of small print that dog not welcome and we brought a small one. This was our error and he was very understanding! Also let us have more than 6 ( we had 8- 2 slept in tent outside ). Cons: Lack of kitchen utensils/cooking pans Dirty floor (understanding this is a lake house so we were fine with the rocks/sand) Pull out couch mattress was dirty and very old( like laying on springs) 2 garbage bags provided for 5 day stay Paddle boat was listed as useable but it was infact broken and not useable Direct TV not working day 1 Wi-Fi password not listed so had to call to obtain. He was very accessible to reach though! Overall an amazing location and Green Lake so wonderful! Would recommend if cons above corrected. Thanks Paul!!
