Everywhere from the large terrace of the house you have a fantastic panoramic view of the water and the wooded land in the background. The nature and the view can be enjoyed from the living room, the kitchen and the family room of the house through the large panoramic windows - and especially from the beautiful wilderness bath. From 2 rooms you have both the view and access to covered terraces at the same time. The location on the large property offers space, air and a unique tranquility where the very rich wildlife can be viewed up close. From the house there is a path to the water. The house is of course equipped with an energy-friendly heat pump, and on the cooler days the stove provides coziness and warmth.



The area and Lundø are unique with water and beaches on both sides of the peninsula and the unique nature with the nature reserve Jelse Odde, which is definitely worth a walk. Near Lundø you will find, among other things, the world's largest underground lime mine, Mønsted Kalkgruber and the Jesperhus Blomsterpark amusement park, which has a flower park, a water park and an amusement park. Major towns include Skive and the cathedral city of Viborg, both of which have stores, cafes and restaurants. In Skive you will also find a beautiful water park. The property leads down to a beach meadow - if you want to get to the sandy beach, you'll find it after a short walk of around 250 meters.
