Schönes Haus, knapp 2 km vom Meer. Haustierfreundlich, schönes Grundstück. Kommunikation mit Novasol katastrophal. Defekte Steckdose des Kühlschranks wurde ignoriert, Kühlschrank lief mt gekauftem Verlängerungskabel von einer anderen Steckdose ständig bis 0 Grad. Holzofen sollte ganz offensichtlich nicht benutzt werden, kein Kaminbesteck, kein Ascheeimer. Gasgrill funktionierte nicht. Kein Wäscheständer. Keine Kurbel für Außenjalousien. Nach schriftlicher Anfrage bei Novasol wurden wir weiter verwiesen auf eine Telefonnummer. Dort wurde uns Hilfe vor Ort angekündigt, die nie kam.Infolge des mangelhaften Service werden wir künftig nicht mehr bei Novasol buchen.
