Private: property 200 m2, small garden lawn and wildlife garden. Bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, bus stop "Hohen Wieschendorf" 250 m, sandy beach "Wohlenberger Wiek" 4 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
2-room semi-detached house 50 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Es war alles Bestens

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, was man braucht und die Wohnung war sauber. Es zst dort sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben.

für Naturliebhaber ideal

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großzügig Platz für 2 Personen. Wirklich alles da was man braucht. Lage etwas abseits und ruhig - Zum wunderschönen Naturstrand und zum kleinen Hafen und Sandstrand ca. 1 km Entfernung. Wer etwas mehr Trubel braucht kann nach Wismar oder Boltenhagen jeweils ungefähr 14 km fahren.

Kurze Wege zum Sandstrand, Wismar und Schwerin nach kurzer fahrt zu erreichen, großes Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, viele Fahrradwege, netter Vermieter, leckere Lokale
