Excellent choice near Oberwiesenthal

This hotel is only 15 minutes from the Oberwiesenthal ski area. The facilities are spacious, modern and very clean. Lots of parking too. l was hesitant to book a single room because there were no photos on the listing, but this turned out to be the most comfortable single room ever. It was large, there were three floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony, sofa, large bathroom with massage jets. Excellent to say the least. Breakfast choices were extensive. The popular restaurant served large and tastey portions and was busy. Reservations recommended. Above all, all the staff made me feel like a welcomed guest. Couldn't ask for friendlier service.

Gemütliches Hotel für Kurzurlaub im Erzgebirge

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir praktisch schon erwartet. Ganz unkompliziert konnten wir ein paar Minuten später unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Zimmer (mit Aufbettung fürs Kind) war komfortabel und hatte vor allem viel Platz und einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. In Laufweite vom Hotel befindet sich das Schmalspurbahnmuseum Rittersgrün mit einer sehr interessanten Ausstellung. Das Hotel ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Erzgebirge, besonders nach Oberwiesenthal, zum Fichtelberg, nach Tschechien. Rechtzeitig aufstehen ist auch kein Problem, denn pünktlich um 7 Uhr morgens läutet die Glocke der nahegelegenen Kirche, aber da scheint im Sommer sowieso längst die Sonne ins Zimmer.

Hotel verkehrsgünstig auf dem Weg zum Fichtelberg

Hatten als Familie eine Zweizimmerwohnung unter dem Dachgiebel, getrennte Zimmer Kinderschlafzimmer / Wohn-Schlafzimmer Eltern. Die gesamte Wohnung hatte eine Fußbodenheizung die sehr gut heizte. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, durch die Couch, wäre eine Aufbettung möglich. Das Wohnzimmer hatte eine zu geringe Beleuchtung, nach Nachfrage bekamen wir einen zusätzlichen Deckenstrahler, dann ging es. Rundherum waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alle waren sehr freundlich und ansprechbar.

Sehr schönes Hotel ,immer wieder gerne !!!

Wir waren in Familie da , war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt !!! Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, werden bestimmt dieses Hotel nochmals buchen . Was fällt wäre noch ein Schwimmbad !!!

Hotel, Service und Aufenthalt waren absolut in Ordnung! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt! Total unzufrieden war dieses Mal jedoch die Hotels.com-Abwicklung! Habe monatelang auf zustehende und zugesagte doppelte Hotel.com Rewards-Bonusnächte gewartet - um dann irgendwann durch Zufall zu erfahren, dass "Amerika" sie nicht gewährt und alles versprochene zurückgenommen hat! Große Enttäuschung! Fühle mich verar..../nicht ernst genommen! Sehr, sehr schade!
