Family accommodation in Historic District

Clean, convenient location and excellent customer service

The space was well laid out for a family of four. Since we visited in the early part of summer, the room was a bit warm with no a/c available. However, we enjoyed the amenities and close proximity to restaurants and shops.

In the first room the heat was on, temperature was 88⁰ and the AC was not turning on after attempting, we walked straight back to the front desk and explained that would not be okay for us and our dog. The front desk said she could send maintenance.. she then said she could make an exception, but that they normally would not offer a different room. The only other room had construction going on above, there was hammering / pounding heard from the ceiling for the first 30 minutes. I undertand that remodels require noise and unsightly areas, but so much of that hotel and the rooms look worn down, definitely not a place where $50 parking per day and a $100 pet fee is appropriate. The breakfast was good, lots of options, but i'd never suggest this hotel based on the customer service, extra charges, and looking like a low-grade motel in the rooms and hallways.

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCE IM LOVE THIS RESORT

The pool/hot tub and fitness center need to be upgraded. They are outdated and showing their age.

While the rooms are dated, the stay was amazing. We had a large 1 room condo with great view of the mountains. The facility was great and we made good use of the pool and game area. Great location with wonderful food options and shopping minutes away.
