Keerthi was very helpful and accommodating during our entire stay. We came up from Edmonton to do some biking in the trails at Hinton . One of our worries was leaving our expensive e-bikes in our truck overnight so we asked Keerthi if there is a place where we can safely store them for the night . Keerthi told us not to worry and took good care of our bikes for the night . His customer service is out of this world, very funny guy , and even greeted us at breakfast time. This Is the best service we have ever experienced at any hotel , we would 100% come back the next time we visit Hinton. The breakfast was amazing , lots of different options. And the food was fresh. The beds are comfy and the rooms have lots of space. Would recommend this hotel to everyone .

Kieth was polite and very friendly. Welcomed us and had us feel like home. The curtains black out the sun, the quality of the rooms are amazing. Feels luxurious.
