The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the deck through sliding doors. The oversized deck comes complete with cushioned patio furniture, a dining area and a swing. Enjoy serene lagoon and landscape views, all while being just steps from the Atlantic Ocean!
The interior dining area is located off the living room with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, full-size appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a meal for your party.
The bedroom features a new king size bed, flat screen TV and a renovated private bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
A powder room is located off the main hallway for added convenience.
The Hilton Head Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at this property! We had our 3 year old and 1 year old and this property was excellent for them as well. We ate breakfast on the back deck every morning. It’s a short walk to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed. We will be back!

Great stay
Place was great! My wife and 15 month old loved the place. Close to the beach and the really enjoyed our stay. The 10am checkout was tough and u fortunately couldn’t extend for a later one but would absolutely stay there again
