two weeks in Palmetto Dunes

Beautiful property .Well equipped. Only warm water in 1st floor shower, no hot water. Did not use it, instead shared second floor shower. This needs to be fixed. Sign in condo from owner said there were bikes and beach gear in outside locked storage. No info on lock combination was provided by Vacasa. Communications with Vacasa never produced the bikes or equipment. Very disappointing.

the phots of this unit are very misleading. the unit is in need of repairs and updating. The sectional in the living area was worn, dirty and smelled. So, we couldn't even spend time in the living room because of the limited seating. The floor near the kitchen is in disrepair as well. Also, the unit wasn't very clean. Very disappointing.

Excellent property for 2 couples. Check in and check out were simple. Reported a few minor issues with the condo, very minor issues. Coffee carafe lid broken, shade over sliding glass door to patio won't lower and overhead light in upper bedroom doesn't work (chain is broken off). We very much enjoyed our stay. There were some complicated instructions to use the TV that seemed unnecessary. We turned it on, and it worked without juggling multiple remotes per the instructions.

Very quiet with great location

Shopping, dining, and grocery store are about a 15 minute bike ride away (using the provided bikes-great bonus amenity). 2 minute walk to the pool and about a 30 minute bike ride to popular Coligny Beach. We enjoyed coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course in the morning. The condo was clean and comfortable but needs new carpet or flooring in the bedrooms and a little updating. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood.

Very nice and relaxing

Great price for the size of the house. We were surprised by the third bedroom being open to the living room, and up against a half wall. We weren’t able to use with two toddlers. Pool was further away than expected and closed during our stay. Check-in process could be easier—couldn’t get to property without car tag and that was fifteen minutes in opposite direction. House was clean and well equipped. Thank you!

Great stay in Palmetto Dunes

Great end unit townhouse. It was our first time to HHI and this was the perfect home base for us and our 3 kids. Great location, super clean, well stocked (including Bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, etc.). Just a note for the owner/mgmt company: my 5 year old twin boys noticed (and loved to watch) a few wasp nests starting to take form on and around the patio - might want to get those taken care of before they become too big and out of control. Overall this is a super rental that has everything you need to have a great vacation. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!
