A custom-built 2nd-row (70 feet/1 minute walk) ocean home just as gorgeous as its ocean views! The seaside escape is located in popular North Forest Beach and has a stylish private pool & spa that gets both sun and shade. You’ll notice the attention to detail as the home is professionally decorated with high-end furnishings, state-of-the-art stone countertops, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and an elevator. The first floor has gorgeous marble tile and features a game/media room with a pool table and a 60" TV. The 2nd floor has an open, airy flow that includes a dining room, a living room with ocean views, and the kitchen, which is a cook’s dream with a glass tile backsplash throughout and a huge island that seats 5. The living area opens to the upper deck with incredible views and a gas indoor/outdoor fireplace. The outside world will drift away on a sea breeze on the deck as you relax or dine al fresco while gazing at the ocean. This is island luxury without pretense!
