This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa greets you with amazing views of the gardens, pool, and ocean. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open and airy with a coastal feel. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and private. The living area and guest suite open up to a wraparound balcony. This lovely Palmetto Dunes villa offers a relaxing oceanfront getaway.

***WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/18/25 - April 2026. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side.
5105 Hampton Place is in Wave 3 and tentatively scheduled to begin after 2/1/26. Please inquire with any questions.
