You’ll find this island manor nestled right on the water in the private neighborhood of North Forest Beach. It boasts 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with 3 floors of expansive windows, high ceilings, incredible ocean vistas, and a separate carriage house. This luxurious retreat offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space to host private events or family reunions with enough room for you to breathe easy (please inquire about any additional fees for events). The first-floor kitchen, living, and dining areas are massive. Even with 18 guests, there is ample room for fun dinner parties or casual happy hours, and spontaneous gatherings. Every bedroom has a view or a balcony with a luxurious, private bathroom.
The carriage house has 2 stunning bedrooms, a loft, and bathrooms with a coffee station. Beautiful floors and finishings grace every room. Stroll out on one of the various decks and soak in the fantastic salt sea air morning, noon, or night—outdoor living at its best with the three levels of decks, the pools, and the spas.
