Important Notes - Summer Reservations

Summer stays require:

7-night minimum with Saturday arrival/departure (some gaps may be bookable- just click your desired dates and/or reach out to us)

Pool & Spa Heating:

Pool and spa heating available via propane system effective year-round.

March–May and September–November:

$600 first day
$300 each additional day

Please inquire for winter heating rates.

Pets:

This is a human-only retreat; pets are not permitted.

Payments & Cancellation Policy:
50% due at booking
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Guests may cancel penalty-free up to 61 days before arrival. Reservations become non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
