Courtside 95 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in master bedroom, two twins and a double in bedroom 2, living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

We love courtside! This condo was perfect!

My wife's family has been visiting courtside for most of her life. We started going when we started our family 23 years ago. The location is perfect - close to the beach, Coligny, amazing restaurants, bike trails, and so much more! The pool is fantastic. The condo was clean and fit my family perfectly. Would love to visit again!

Great location, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Comfortable furnishings and mostly clean. The floorboards were dirty and there were dust bunnies in the master bedroom near the bed and dresser. Enjoyed the lagoon with it's wild life and sitting by the pool.

A good time for all

The property was in good condition with all appliances in working order and plenty of cookware for us to have some meals in. Plenty of room to stretch out and the decor made the place cozy. The location was also perfect for shopping and dining.

Great beach rental! We arrived early and the house was ready when we got in. The house was very clean. The pool was nice! Almost no one was ever in it. The location was fantastic! Our group was able to run, walk, and bike everywhere- less than a mile to the beach. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

If you're looking for a no-frills place with decent location, this is it. Everything is.....fine. Cleaning was sub-par, decorations/furniture is outdated and a little rough, but you're only two blocks from the beach and decent shopping/restaurants. One thing that I will say was a disappointment was the total lack of any supplies. No dish soap, salt & pepper/seasonings, coffee filters, etc. Literally nothing. Most other places I've stayed at have at least offered the basics. So to go out & buy all of that to only use for a week was a bummer. Probably wouldn't stay at this particular place again.

The entire unit could be updated. The bath off the king bed side was dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The rug in the other bedroom bath was dirty. There were no cleaning products at all. The table on the back deck was never cleaned. The location was great. You need a better cleaning company and a more efficient inspection. Sorry for the negativity but you should know these things.

Beautiful place

Fantastic place to stay! Plenty of room for the 5 adults and 2 under 2 we had! The beds were very comfortable and the balcony had a good view of a pond and pool. Only about a 8 minute walk to the beach from the condo.

Relaxing beach vacation

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. It was an easy 1 block walk to the beach. I wish there was a hairdryer in the condo to use. The property clearly stated there were no beach chairs or umbrella at the condo but that would have been a nice touch. We had a very enjoyable trip. We would stay at the condo again.

Long Weekend in HH

We loved our stay here. Perfect location with a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Both pools are great as well, with easy access to one of them right through the back door. The unit itself was great too. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable couches in the living room. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, it was tough to go back to my mattress at home after sleeping on it for several days.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We are a biking family so location is important. We were close enough to ride to most of the restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend this place and we will certainly be back.
