Great property loved thepool area and accesible to the beach and shops. Only issue .. they never had any beach towel, they were always being washed. People were using their room towels. I had to buy some from Walmart.. This was the first time it was an issue which seemed unusual

We had an excellent stay at the Coral Sands Resort. The communication was excellent and informative. The resort has tons of amenities. Cleanliness was top notch and the property is located close to the beach, shopping, reataurants, nightlife and cafés. Highly recommend if for your stay in Hilton Head.

The staff was very kind, helpful and understanding. Our flight was pushed back and they were able to get us a later check out time. Despite the later check out we still had 3 hours before we had to leave for our flight and we didn’t have a car. When we checked out they stored our bags in office so we didn’t have to lug them around while we went to grab food and waste some time. It was very clean and overall great!

Great location, clean, reasonably priced, and nice pool area. Unfortunately the snack bar at the pool was only serving hot dogs and drinks. I thought there would be more of a food selection. Possibly because it was before Memorial Day? Not a big deal but my only disappointment.

It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We did not like the TV set up. There was no access to local channels. We had very strong storms one night and no local access to info about current weather conditions.

This property is very nice. We stayed in building K, which is a new building. The room was new, all furnishings looked new. The room was very clean, however, the view from the balcony was nothing but trees. Also, the balcony has no privacy so your neighbors can see and hear everything when you are out there. I wouldn't pay the extra for the balcony next time. The service was terrible. We didn't have an extra blanket in our room for the pullout sofa and when we tried to contact someone after 8 p.m. there is no one. We went to get one at 10 minutes before 8 and the front desk was closed for the night and it wasn't supposed to close until 8. After 8 p.m. there is no one to help you at all until the next morning. The heated pool was dirty and cloudy. The pool next to the clubhouse was nice but the children's area was closed as well as the hot tub. The bedding was comfortable. You have to wash your own towels as there is no service at all. The beach is in walking distance and very nice. All in all, it was a decent stay, but I don't think we would stay there again due to the lack of service.

I loved everything but the pool area they shut down the kid pool and the hot tub we didn't get any notifications on this i booked this place mainly on the fact they had a hot tub no compensation for this so that is my biggest complaint no hot tub

We stayed here for 2 nights while we went to a golf tournament in Hilton Head and toured the town. Walked to the bus down the street for the tournament so we didn’t have to drive and park. Resort is in a great location with many restaurants down the street and nice shopping area and beach. Just wished we could have stayed longer. The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the grounds, plenty of parking and quiet area. We especially loved the convenience of the cart shuttle to and from shopping.

Great location

Great location and kids loved the pool. We were coming from a larger more private condo after staying with our friends for the first half of the trip, so although the one bedroom was clean and nice, it wasn't as bright and open as the first place. The kids also loved the free in town golf cart shuttles
