The Space
Step inside and be welcomed by warm wood finishes, rustic charm, and modern comforts.
• Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need, including updated appliances and a dedicated coffee station featuring 20+ random coffee flavors so you can try something new every morning. A breakfast bar seats 3, with a dining table for 6 for family meals.
• Living Room – Cozy up by the wood-burning brick fireplace after a day outdoors, or enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Plenty of seating makes it perfect for relaxing with loved ones.
• Bedroom #1 – Queen bed with cozy bear-themed bedding, 58” TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the deck for breathtaking golf course views.
• Bedroom #2/Loft – Accessed by a spiral staircase, the loft includes 2 queen beds, a 32” TV, and nightstands with lamps for a comfortable retreat.
• Bathroom – Features a shower/tub combo, spacious vanity, and all the essentials you’ll need during your stay.

The highlight of this retreat is the large deck overlooking the golf course. Gather around the propane firepit in Adirondack chairs for evening conversations, stargazing, or morning coffee with some of the best views of the course.

Your stay at Bear Hills Retreat is designed to be stress-free and private. The condo is equipped with a keyless code lock, so you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM without needing to meet in person.

I give my guests space, but I’m always available if you need me. You can reach me anytime through the VRBO app or by phone/text for questions, recommendations, or assistance during your stay.

Whether you’d like full privacy or a little local guidance, I’ll adapt to your preference to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Things to Note
• Entry is keyless with a code lock. Check-in instructions will be sent by 3pm on arrival day.
• 2 parking spots included (please contact us if more are needed).

Rules & Reminders
• No smoking/vaping indoors ($250 fine for violations). Outside smoking permitted at least 15 feet from the building.
• No large parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
