Poor Communication
"The Host was not aware of our booking until the evening of check in. Even though our reservation was paid in full and non refundable 7 days prior. The Host was not very friendly and we had several issues with the entrance code not working or being changed without notice."

Terrible, Very Bad
"Unfortunately, I received a cancellation notice at the last minute, which caused me great inconvenience as it was the time of the fair and the hotels were full. We were travelling on business and were left without a hotel to sleep in, and the host was very unpleasant as he didn't even bother to speak ..."
