We stayed over Halloween weekend so was definitely off season. The resort was quiet at this time I would guess during summer the whole resort and area is busy. Very nice property, needed curtains, bigger dining table, it had a small table, 4 chairs. We had 9 in our group. Needed more garbage bags.
