Mountaineer is a 2-story pet friendly cabin both cozy and accommodating. This 2-bedroom WV log cabin is spacious at 970 sq. feet and sleeps 6-8 in 1 queen bedroom, 1 King bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and an upstairs full-futon sleeping area. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath both upstairs and downstairs.
This cabin features a gas fireplace, TV with the basic Dish Network package, DVD, a spacious covered front porch deck with private hot tub, gas grill and is furnished with central heating and cooling.
The fully equipped kitchen has all major appliances, cookware and utensils you will need. Let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion such as birthday, anniversary, etc... and we will add a special surprise for you to enjoy!
Choose from the many year-round outdoor attractions nearby, the New River Gorge Visitor's Center, go whitewater rafting on the New and Gauley Rivers with our activity partners Adventures on the Gorge, nearby Winterplace Ski Resort for great snow skiing and tubing. Peaceful cabin in the woods
This was the perfect cabin for our visit to the nearby New River Gorge National Park and Preserve! The kitchen is fully stocked, and we used the gas grill on the back deck to prepare dinner. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and communication with Country Road Cabins was excellent.
