The breakfast bar has no hot coffee or hot water, and the juice machine is dirty, asked the management, he said the coffee is in your room, it is needed to fix it or don't offer breakfast at all.

We did not even stay the night. Our door did not fully latch at times and was able to be opened without the keycard- did not feel safe. On top of the safety concern, the room had a horrible smell and the bathroom ceiling was coming apart. Highly do not recommend.

The outside looks like it has not been kept up in months. Weeds were very overgrown. Christmas lights sitting on the ground. Inside the common area carpets have not been swept in sometime. Security cameras in the hall were plugged in to the wall outlet. Would not stay here again.

Desk clerk’s first comment to me was “ID and credit card”. Not “Hello” or “Welcome” I explained politely that front desk staff usually smile, greet the guests, and then ask for the documentation they need. His attitude was what I would expect if I was showing up at prison to begin a sentence. In addition, water dripping in the shower was annoying, toilet seat was broken, And desk lampshade was beat up.

The property is poorly kept. Grass on property was overgrown and weeds were growing in the sidewalks and parking lot. Pot holes throughout the parking lot. The breakfast was lacking -eggs and sausage with cereal. Waffle machine was not in operation. Employees seemed to be understaffed as the reception person was never at reception and was always somewhere else on the premises. Positive, the room were clean. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Don’t stay here. Check in tried to charge more money. Not a real Radison hotel. Breakfast was a complete joke. Coffee cold and watery, nothing to eat including waffle batter. Hot food was disgustingly old and all people there agreed. No fan in the bathroom literal open hole in the ceiling, no elevator, bed was awful and non existent pillows.

I would never stay here again. In fact we did not stay we checked in and out right away. The property is old and run down. It is unkept and dirty. The mattresses and bedding materials were stained and felt very old. I also had to "fight" for a refund. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all. It should be condemned.

As a heavy traveler of over 30 years, I would rank this Radisson property as a major disappointment for several reasons. The staff did not follow through on basics like actually making a scheduled wake-up call, being on site during the night shift - no one at the desk or responding to a bell, etc. The property was run-down and not secure. The exterior door with direct access to rooms was not locked and open all night. I know this because I went to a 24-hour supermarket at 3-4pm in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was not stocked and/or cold at 7:15am - cold powdered eggs and sausage with a few apples, no condiments, jams, jellys, butter, etc. The rooms were poorly stocked with one small soap and one very small tube of body wash tube for 2 adults, too few towels, etc. Both queen size bed mattresses were so worn out they offered no support. I have stayed at many national hotel chains and I cannot remember one (including less expensive budget hotels) having such poor conditions and service.

First room we were at it was very clean but the tv wasn’t working so they moved us to another room and it was very clean but we were there for about an hour, my wife has to used the bathroom and she notice that the toilet seat was broken, I look at it, and the screw was broken so we work with it. The next day before we turn the key in we told them about it. The breakfast was ok nothing to talk about it. So I will give them a 2 stars and it need more help. There was no cream cheese , jelly, peanut butter, ketchup for your toast, bagel, and your scramble eggs. Coffee was hot but no decaf, and it didn’t taste good. It might be better just donuts and better coffee for their customers.
