The property has an inverter to cover power outages, and secure parking in a double garage with two extra off street parking spaces.

Very stylishly furnished throughout, the downstairs area offers an outdoor covered patio with a built in braai and comfortable seating for entertaining, leading to the garden and pool.

The interior comprises a spacious open plan, living, dining and kitchen area, quality furnishings and has stacking doors for seamless in-and-outdoor entertainment.
