On the ground floor, you'll discover a spacious living room and dining room that can accommodate 12 people, opening onto a large, enclosed, private garden where you can enjoy meals and barbecues in the sun. The kitchen is also fully equipped (filter coffee maker included), including an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, and a separate cooking area with a stovetop and oven.

The sleeping area features two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), one with a double bed (160 cm), a toilet, and a shower room with a washing machine. Schönes zsweckmäßiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt: ruhig und doch nur 200 m bis zum Strand. Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist gut und zweckmäßig. Einziges Manko: der große, schöne Garten war nicht zu nutzen, da man von Mücken "aufgefressen" wurde.

Super Lage - Leider ein Stechmückenproblem

Haus ist eigtl wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung angegeben. Jedoch ist es etwas dreckig gewesen. Den Garten kann man leider auch nicht nutzen da man ansonsten von hunderten Stechmücken gefressen wird. Somit ist das mit den Fenster offen lassen etc auch nicht gegeben. Ansich aber gutes Objekt.
