Disappointing

Check in staff were friendly and helpful. No food available as problem with kitchen. Meant we had to go elsewhere to eat and hotel is not exactly close to anywhere. Only a continental breakfast was available (which in its elf wasn't great, so we decided to have breakfast at a local garden centre). House keeping items left in corridor all day & night. Overall, very disappointed for a change with a good reputation. No discount offered due to no food available.

Fantastic service, great value but oor facilities.

First and foremost special mention to the staff who were very, very helpful. In particular Marie who went out if her way to get it right, a real credit! Unfortunately this place is let down with poor facilities, no restaurant, gym etc and rooms which were unbearably hot to sleep In.
