Tip- Smaller room is far better than corner suite

King room was far better than the corner suite we had last trip. Water is still super heated with no cold water in early am. Very dangerous. Room was cleaner this time. Housekeeping still minimal. Breakfast was very nice with great selection and while it doesn’t change there are plenty of options to rotate between. Location was fantastic. Don’t miss the nearby view bar on top of hotel tuni. Rooms at hub are better!

Everything about Scandic Helsinki Hub was excellent. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Gym and facilities were also great. Would definitely book this hotel again,

No English language news channels on television

Four night visit from Toronto, Canada. We are Pensioners and do not travel with electronics. No English language news channels on the hotel television. It made the evenings rather boring. - got plenty of sleep !

Allowing clients to handle their own luggage in the luggage room can lead to confusion, as there is a risk of guests mistakenly taking someone else's bags. It would be more efficient and secure if the hotel staff managed the luggage, similar to the practices at other hotels.
