Location of property is top notch. Right in the middle of city center, therefore landmarks are within walking distance. Shopping centers were nearby. Lilly, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Jet-lagged and tired, we were able to avail on early check-in which was so needed on our tired bodies especially my husband, who is 72 year old and needed to rest after a long flight. We slept as soon as we got in. So thank you, Lilly.

Perfect location, 300m from the station. Staff are great, ahout out to Sami who really looked after us. Room was small but spotlessly clean, would have wanted to stay more than the couple of night we did. Lots of snow and meltsing during the left the steps icy, this should have been looked at before my wife smashed her back and head slipping on them. Hotel did call an ambulance and was checked over, everything ok apart from bruising and soreness. Not even a drink offered in compensation as this was the hotels liability. Would we stay again, yes, though would need a larger room for a longer visit.

Excellent hotel in the center of it all. the breakfast was various and delicious. we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be in the center of Helsinki. very walkable to anything we wanted and the cocktail bar upstairs was divine and great for when the hotel bar is closed too.

Classy with a few reservations.

Beautiful hotel. Very classy room with very comfortable bed. Very quiet, although I couldn't open any window! So you always hear the heating/cooling fan, unless you turn it off and have no fresh air! Superb shower. All fittings of high quality. Very nice staff, but they didn't offer to help me take my cases to my room. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice. I didn't properly see the lounges and bars, but they looked really nice. Very convenient for the central railway station.

Right in the heart of the city, beautiful and new. The rooms are comfortable, nice window views of downtown. A mall is nearby plus it is near the trains. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great central convenient hotel. Put some lights in the bathrooms however. The mood lighting isn’t great for doing hair and makeup. Overall good hotel and would stay again. Dinner at restaurant was excellent but very slow.
