Das Inserat entspricht nicht der tatsächlichen Unterkunft. Es gibt drei separate Studios, wovon nur eines dem auf den Bildern entspricht (unterstes der drei). Die restlichen beiden sind wesentlich schlechter, älter ausgestattet und sehr unsauber. In unserem ersten Studio lag noch Müll bei der Ankunft auf dem Boden, das Bad hat penetrant gerochen und die Dusche war voller Schimmel. Die Küchenutensilien waren unsauber und vieles nicht vorhanden. Wir haben die Unterkunft kontaktiert und konnten zumindest in das andere Studio wechseln. Das war zwar ebenfalls nicht wie versprochen, aber weniger schlimm als das erste. Ich gebe zwei Sterne, weil die Lage ansonsten gut ist und wir zumindest schnell über WhatsApp eine Lösung arrangieren konnten. Der erste Schock ist aber geblieben und weil man nicht im Vorhinein einsehen kann, welches Studio bekommt, ist es das Risiko nicht wert und man sollte besser eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

Sisäänkirjautumiskoodin saamisessa. Huoneistossa todella pinttynyt rasvan haju, eli ainakin keittiö vaatisi perusteellista siivousta. Sijainti hyvä ja asunto tilava, mutta pientä kohennusta vaatisi sekä asiakaspalvelu että asunnon taso. Hinta toki kohtuullinen.

Älä yövy tääll: huonokuntoinen ja epäsiisti asunto

Yövyin 13.-14.5.2024 huoneistossa: Kotimaailma Apartments Kamppi, Albertinkatu 31 B 38, Helsinki. Valitettavasti kokemukseni ei vastannut odotuksiani ja olen hyvin tyytymätön. Huoneisto oli huonokuntoinen ja epäsiisti. Havaitsemani pinttynyt lika ja pöly teki oleskelusta epämiellyttävän ja hygieniatasoltaan huolestuttavan. Tämä ei ole millään tavoin hyväksyttävää huoneistoa vuokrattaessa. Lisäksi, jokin huoneistossa aiheutti minulle allergia-astmaoireita seuraavana aamuna. Tämä vaikutti negatiivisesti yöpymiskokemukseeni ja terveyteeni.
