Bien situé mais sale et mal entretenu

L'appartement était dans un immeuble avec plusieurs autres appartements de vacances. Il est bien situé pas très loin du centre-ville. Par contre il n'était pas dans un état acceptable: c'était sale meme si le ménage a été fait avant notre arrivée (sol qui colle, vaisselle sale, tapis pas aspirés plein de chenit...). Globalement, cela manque d'entretien, par exemple des lampes qui manquaient ici et là, la salle de bain qui n'était pas clean.. Enfin, dans les escaliers il y avait des detritus qui trainaient durant tout notre séjour. Il faut aussi savoir que le local à poubelle se situe entre deux étages à la vue de tout le monde, les sacs posés à la vue de tous. En résumé, le seul le point positif le positionnement.
Entre les deux portes qui menent à un balcon, le local à poubelles...
Les détritus dans l'escalier attendent peut-etre encore d'être enlevés...

Ruim en net appartement, vlak bij een opstapplaats voor het openbaarvervoer. Het gebruiksgemaak was prima.
