Smart flat with sauna, good location, some snags

Prior to our arrival at the office to check in the communications we had received were friendly and really helpful. We found the office fairly easily with the aid of google maps and it is quite close to the apartment. We were really looking forward to staying. The chap who served us in the office was not helpful, he checked we had received the booking in email that had 'important information in it' but didn't wouldn't say what that was ... he already had proof of who we were so what was the point of being secretive and smug. No other clients were in the office at that time. His directions to the flat were sketchy. He didn't tell us that the flat key also opened the doorway from the street (that appeared to be keycode accessed). Basically his approach soured our experience. The flat itself was clean and well appointed once we'd worked out how to get the two locks on the front door working. The sauna was a real treat. However, some of the lights didn't work and when paying this much for a night I didn't expect the house rules to include emptying and removing our trash.

Lejligheden var super, rummelig og godt indrettet og super terrasse. Nøgle opsamling og web guide var træls, og så var der lige morgen tømningen på torvet, kl 5.00. God placeringen.

Took the place for air conditioning, but it didn’t work for whole stay and wasn’t fixed. It’s automatic fuse blew after 3min use every time. Also no keytag to get into the elevator from mall, only exit is possible there but groceries have to be carried from outside door.
