Roaches! Even In the bed if was so disgusting I woke up to roaches flattened underneath me which means i slept on them. Never will I give this place $200 of my money

The room had no soap and the desk said they were out. The tv half worked and the desk said it was the internet service. I had to wait forever at the front desk. No sign to say they had stepped out.

Changing from a Red Roof the first night to a Super 8 the rest of the week. It was a total wreck because they had no direction and were not happy about it and that was carried on down to us. No room cleaning and towels had to exchanged the parking lot was being resurfaced so half was used at a time. Front door safety lock was not in line so it didn't lock, only had the safety bar. Well the door was locked and only key card could have opened it and one night before going to bed someone can to door and push in like they had a key only safety bar keep door from opening. Then we had two young girls with us and they took a shower then I tried and only had Hot water, I couldn't take a shower. The sink also had only hot water, I reported it. Later in week was ok. Seem like it was on thing after another.

I travel extensively today was the first time my life-saving service dog was denied entry in a hotel lobby. The desk clerk was the rudest individual I've ever encounter. I carefully explained federal law to him, he bluntly stated, "he doesn't care about the law." If you care about disabled veterans don't stay here.

Liked that it was in walking distance to EVERYTHING and budget friendly. Bed pillows need to be better , bed was great. Would definitely stay again..but bring own pilliws : )

There are probably quite a few things that I can list but I'm just going to make it quick and simple. Probably the worst day I've ever had. Rooms apparently have just been renovated but it's a slop job and the room that we stayed in had no correct functioning TV and a water leak in the bathroom. We stayed one night and bailed out and left.

The Housekeeping service was bad. I had to take my trash out from my room. I have to use all type of towels for 3 days. One of the times that I asked for clean towels, they didn't have clean ones. They didn't clean either one time our room. And we request many times. I didn't see either one time staff cleaning the rooms. I found my Toilet durty, I asked them to clean it, and never happened.

Check in was easy, room was okay not extremely dirty but linens were not clean and towels were stained, wouldn’t walk across floors barefoot, staff was super nice and helpful, internet and tv was very intermittent. Jacuzzi was clean with plenty of hot water to enjoy. Rooms are a bit noisy. The fenced in dog area need maintenance and cleaned grass was high and people not picking up after their pups. The outdoor seating over looking town was nice.

Red Roof Inn Helen GA

No kleenex in room. Every time we turned the tv on we had to go to back of tv to correct the source. It was defaulted to the wrong one. Poorly insulated. Could hear people upstairs & next door. The 1st day we asked for no room service. However the next 2 days we never got room service. Had to go get our own toiletries from the office. The room was very clean when we got there and smelled good.

This was a good property. Wasnt looking for 5 star as it was only 1 night. We woke up to a leak in our room, from an adjoining room (no door). We were told we would get a discount on our room due to our clothes getting soaked from the leak. The discount never happened, but it was a good stay considering the circumstances.
