The hotel operates like a factory: way too little personnel to address the needs of customers. The dining options are not really options: over-priced buffer or an a la carte restaurant which does not take any table reservations. We got tired of waiting and simply drove to another place to have dinner. The rooms are not cleaned every day (not even towels replaced which is strange as the hotel focuses on sporting).

Overall a good experience. I can’t get used to the double beds that aren’t really joined together. Pool and sauna areas were excellent. Food was expensive. Lots of families enjoying the school holiday.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area

A lovely hotel in a lovely location, the staff were very helpful even though English is not their 1st language communication was easy, breakfast was good and all of us enjoyed it The rooms were clean and comfortable the only minor point was the AC wouldn’t go less than 22 but even so it was comfortable enough. Would most definitely stay again

Huone oli eläinhuone,se oli ok, mutta huone huonosti siivottu. Koirankarvoja lattialla ja sohvalla,tarttui vaatteisiin. Henkilökuntaa liian vähän esim aamiaisella pöytiä ei ehditty tyhjentää likaisista astioista söit muiden likaiset astiat pöydässä samoin illalla tarjoilijat eivät ehtineet tehdä lisämyyntiä ei kysytty juomista tai esim.jälkiruuasta. ja sisäänkirjautumisessa odotimme n40 min vuoroamme. Yleisesti palvelu hidasta johtuen liian vähästä henkilökunnasta

Ole valmis odottamaan

Liikaa väkeä suhteessa henkilöstöön ja majoituskapasiteettiin. Henkilökunta kyllä teki parhaansa, mutta tunnin odotus aulassa, että saat huoneenavainen on liikaa. Aamupala oli todella heikko, laadullisesti surkea ja silti kaikki loppu. Illallinen oli myös melkoinen farssi, liki tunnin jono siihen ainoaan ravintolaan.

Peruskiva kylpylähotelli

Vastaanotto todella ruuhkainen. Ei läheskään tarpeeksi henkilökuntaan. Sisäänkirjautumista joutui odottamaan puoli tuntia. Huoneessa seinät olivat ihan pölyssä kahdesta kohtaa mistä poistettu joskus kaksi taulua. Lisäksi mielestäni törkeää rahastusta, että kylpylähotellissa joutuu maksamaan ylimääräistä, että saa kylpytakin ja tossut käyttöönsä. Pitöisi kuulua hintaan jos huone maksaa melkein 200€/yö. Muuten ihan kiva hotelli ja uusi kylpylä hieno vaikka yllättävän pieni jq ahdas.

Mukava ja siisti kylpylä, kiva lapsiperheelle! Ravintolatarjonta hotellissa huono ainakin hiihtolomaviikolla. Aamupala hyvä. Vaikka hotelli oli vasta hetki sitten avattu, niin siitä tuli hieman nuhjuinen vaikutelma: huoneessamme oli sänky rikki ja kylppäristä löytyi tullessa edellisen asukkaan hiuskoriste. Tulivat kuitenkin korjaamaan sängyn jo seuraavana päivänä.

Kiva reissu Vierumäellä

Moderni, viihtyisä ja rauhallinen hotelli, kaikki paikat ja kylpylä oli tosi siistejä. Aamiaisella melko suppea valikoima ja ruoka loppui hiihtolomaruuhkassa kesken. Vierumäellä kaikki toimi ja alueet hyvässä kunnossa.

Aamiainen surkea. Kuivaa munakasta. Likaiset pöydät. Henkilökuntaa ei näkynyt. Yksi nainen yritti yksin, ri ehtinyt korjata astioita. Huone oli nuhjuinen; taulut puuttui, oli vain reikiä seinässä ja kehykset ilman kuvaa. Tv toimi huonosti.

Olimme 4 vuorokautta, lauantaina ja sunnuntaina toinen hisseistä oli epäkunnossa ja toinen toimi vain puolittain, niin, että hissiä ei voinut tilata alakerrasta lainkaan. Olimme menossa syömään klo 21. Buffet.-ravintola suljettiin juuri silloin ja Grilliravintola ilmoitti, että heillä on tunnin jonotusaika. Emme jääneet odottamaan, odottajien jono oli pitkä ja tämäkin ravintola suljettiin jo klo 23, keittiö klo 22.30. Savusaunassa joka toinen tulija löi päänsä oviaukkoon, siinä ei ollut merkintää oven mataluudesta ja pimeässä oven korkeutta oli vaikea hahmottaa. Kylpylässä toinen kylmäallas oli poissa käytöstä lauantai päivän. Huoneissa ei ollut mitään mainintaa, että pyyhkeet pitää ottaa huoneesta mukaan kylpylään, joten jäimme ilman pyyhettä. Aamiaisella jälkiruokaleivokset loppuivat kesken ja jälkiruokana oli vain pienipala marjapiirakkaa. Suklaakakku loppui jo torstaina kesken ja sitä ei enää sen jälkeen näkynyt. Aamiainen ei ollut mitenkään herkullinen, ainoastaan kaurapuuroon oli panostettu ja se oli hyvää.
