The hotel operates like a factory: way too little personnel to address the needs of customers. The dining options are not really options: over-priced buffer or an a la carte restaurant which does not take any table reservations. We got tired of waiting and simply drove to another place to have dinner. The rooms are not cleaned every day (not even towels replaced which is strange as the hotel focuses on sporting).

Overall a good experience. I can’t get used to the double beds that aren’t really joined together. Pool and sauna areas were excellent. Food was expensive. Lots of families enjoying the school holiday.

Lovely hotel in a lovely area

A lovely hotel in a lovely location, the staff were very helpful even though English is not their 1st language communication was easy, breakfast was good and all of us enjoyed it The rooms were clean and comfortable the only minor point was the AC wouldn’t go less than 22 but even so it was comfortable enough. Would most definitely stay again

Majoituimme pÀÀsiÀisennaikaan. Uusi kylpylÀ, saunat kivoja,eritysmaininta savusaunalle, huone oli myös siisti. Henkilökunta palvelualtis ja ystÀvÀllinen,hyvÀ monipuolinen aamiainen. Sapiskaa ravintolalle kuitenkin sikÀli, ainoa iso miinus oli todella ala arvoinen buffet . SekÀ liha ettÀ kala oli aivan liian kuivaksi paistettua. Hinta ja laatu eivÀt todellakaan kohdanneet buffetin osalta. Seuraavana iltana Pine Pubin ruoka oli verrokkina huomattava parempi.

Normihotelli. Siisteys hyvÀ. Aamiainen oli ok, mutta maksamaani huonehintaan nÀhden valikoimaltaan alakanttiin ja hienoinen pettymys. SÀÀstösyistÀkö esim. karjalanpiirakoita ei ole tarjolla joka aamu? Hotellihuoneeseen olisin myös kaivannut jotakin lisÀÀ, esim. suihkutilassa ei ollut erillistÀ pyyhettÀ jaloille (suihkusta pois astuttaessa), ja kenkÀlusikkakin olisi hyödyllinen. Vaikutelma huoneesta oli pelkistetty. Siihen nÀhden, ettÀ maksoin kolmesta yöstÀ lÀhes 600 euroa, neljÀnnen kerroksen ikkunastani avautuva nÀkymÀ (ilmastointivehkeitÀ ja seinÀÀ) oli ikÀvÀ. KylpylÀÀ en testannut, sillÀ olettaisi, ettÀ maksamaani hintaan kuuluisi hotellivieraille kÀynti kylpylÀssÀ.

Ole valmis odottamaan

Liikaa vÀkeÀ suhteessa henkilöstöön ja majoituskapasiteettiin. Henkilökunta kyllÀ teki parhaansa, mutta tunnin odotus aulassa, ettÀ saat huoneenavainen on liikaa. Aamupala oli todella heikko, laadullisesti surkea ja silti kaikki loppu. Illallinen oli myös melkoinen farssi, liki tunnin jono siihen ainoaan ravintolaan.
