Leuk en goed hotel. Alleen dat het restaurant op zaterdag dicht was. Terwijl het hotel vol was Erg jammer, niet meer alS overnachtings

Fenomenal como siempre

Desde hace más de 20 años que visito este hotel en mis viajes de trabajo por la zona de Heilbronn, lamentablemente muchas veces quiero alojarme ahí pero ya esta todo reservado. Como siempre encantadores, amables, servicio exquisito, restaurante fenomenal y desayuno inmejorable. Espero poder volver en un para de semanas. Un 10 para todos

Fint værelse men dårlig håndtering af personalet.

Rent og pænt værelse og bad. “Gratis” vand på flaske kostede dog 2€. Personalet var meget fortravlet både ved ankomst og afgang, en ret dårlig oplevelse. Morgenmad var ikke håndteret godt nok, der var alt for mange personer, flere gik rundt uden mundbind, vi sad tæt og følte os slet ikke corona-trygge. Bortset fra det var maden serveret på betryggende vis.
