The Houseboat has the same amenities as a boat, but you are not allowed to sail it and it remains in the same place during your stay.
From your own terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view, and in warm weather you can take a refreshing dip in the marina. You have your own 'private water' on your doorstep, where you can swim, fish and do water sports. Would you rather go to the beach? That is only a 10-minute walk away. The lively village center of Heeg can be reached within 5 minutes on foot via a picturesque aqueduct. Each houseboat has a picnic table on the lawn at the water's edge, perfect for cozy meals or a drink in the open air.
