Great stay with friendly hosts

Loved my stay here. Lennart was fab and really helpful. It’s in the countryside with views across fields. It’s also a 10 min walk to Hogbo Bruk, which has a great restaurant, ski trails and lots of activities you can do in any season. Getting to the place without a car is tricky but Lennart’s daughter Annie picked me up from the station, which was really appreciated. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a nice weekend of cross country skiing

Perfect MTB weekend getaway

A wondering pensionat just across the road from Högbo Bruk, perfect for a weekend MTB trip. I really enjoyed the comfortable and spacious beds, as well as the friendly conversations we had with the host.

Surprising gem!

Fabulous stopover on our way from Sundsvall to Gothenburg. Cute “grill-hus” with cooking fire and furs would be amazing in the winter and cold. Breakfast basic but plentiful and good. Host and server in restaurant (Charley’s.. best steak in Sweden!) are friendliest most genuine folk we’ve met on our vacation. Jätte roligt besök!

Nice, quiet atmosphere

I was on a business trip and needed an area close to Sandviken and Jadraas. Sandviken was fully booked and I had the choice to this hotel or go to Gavle. I am happy I stayed here and saved driving time. The rooms were good and the wifi had a great quality to connect to virtual private network. Very relaxing nights and good sleep.
