Natural hot spring not natural
Unlike other upscale hotels in China, patrons were not required to take showers or wear caps in the pool area. Some were soaking with their T-shirts and skirts/pants on. I was not sure whether it was a natural hot spring as advertised. There was no signs stating the kinds or concentration of minerals ...

Location, rooms & breakfast are great
Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt.
