I really enjoyed my stay at the Mahoning Inn! The room was very clean, and the staff was wonderful and especially helpful! I left an item in my room after I had left and they helped ship it back to me many states away. I'll definitely come back!

The Mahoning Inn is a serviceable option to all of the congestion and clutter that one finds when visiting Jim Thorpe. It is an older facility and simply outfitted, but is kept in reasonably good condition. I have used it many times over the years and am satisfied with the offering, considering the purpose that it serves.

Very nice place for a reasonable rate. Two people weekend get away. We were out most of the day and just needed a place to stay overnight. Very light continental breakfast but, there is a really nice restaurant two doors down. We will stay there again next time to im Thorpe.

Had better stays

They always accommodate my late check-in that's why I stay here and appreciate that but this time the room was not to my liking there was holes in the door and the heater made a lot of noise on top of that the toilet was not working when I checked in so I was not able to use it when I first got there in the morning they had to fix it the next day.

My stay was beautiful. I came for a day in the mountains and the distance was pretty fast. Great location and a little grab and go breakfast they offer in the AM . I would definitely be back . Quiet small little town .
