A modern bungalow situated within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, a little over a mile from Hayle with its stunning beaches, cafes, shops and range of fabulous restaurants.

Light, modern and easily accessible and with access to onsite facilities, 31 Tudor court enjoys a pool, shop, bar and restaurant right on the doorstep. A well equipped holiday home, 31 Tudor Court has two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), bathroom, well equipped kitchen and open plan living / dining space with double doors which open onto a large grassy area and outdoor seating.

31 Tudor Court is a great space for couples or small families to enjoy the convenience of onsite facilities from a location which makes St. Ives Bay and West Cornwall are easily accessible.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour out of hours' contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Before leaving the property, we would appreciate it if you could strip the beds of sheets and pillow cases and leave along with towels in the shower or bath.
Then place your key for the property in the lock box and gumble the numbers once closed.
