Surf 350 m2 with 1 large fully equipped kitchen. 1 large lounge and a pool table. 3 big rooms with bed of 160, and privative bathroom. 2 small folding chairs are available for young children and an umbrella bed. One floor "dormitory open space" for children (6), and two large beds (1 of 140 and 1 of 160) baby foot, WI, game, etc ... Enclosed ground and private parking .. Deposit required on the day of your arrival of 950 € returned in eight days if no damage of ascertained. Charges water, EDF ,, heating, linen ALL INCLUSIVE.

Fantastic trip!
This is a lovely house with all the extras. It is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. We stayed with 5 adults and 6 children under 10 and there was so much for all of us to do. The pool went down very well with all the children! There is also plenty to do in the local area as well.
Laurette, the host was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay and we were made to feel very welcome.
All in all this house made it a fantastic and memorable holiday.
Would definately recommend, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Une propriétaire au top et une maison avec des équipements hauts de gamme. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à 13 personnes et tous, petits et grands ont trouvé de quoi s'occuper pendant toute la semaine.

Magnifique maison toute équipée, ce gîte est idéal pour les parents et enfants.
Nous avons passé cinq jours autour du nouvel an dans le gîte de Laurette. Nous étions 13 (6 enfants). Nous sommes reçus chaleureusement, le gîte est magnifique. Les chambres sont parfaites avec salles de bain (il y en a une par chambre et une quatrième indépendante) . Tout est nickel. Les matelats vous promettent de bonnes nuits. La chambre dans les combles est parfaitement chauffée, un bon QG pour les enfants qui y trouvent baby foot et autres jeux. Les adultes ne sont pas en reste avec le billard et des jeux de société mis à disposition (nous n'avons pas pu nous ennuyer... Aucune des 5 TV n'a été allumée) . La cuisine est très bien équipée, difficile de trouver ce qu'il y manque. La localisation géographique dans l'allier permet de petites promenades de découverte (Hérisson, Montluçon, Neris les bains) ou un bon spot pour courir à Audes. La campagne est charmante. Merci à la propriétaire pour la brioche de bienvenue et les confitures...dont Une pâte a tartiner au chocolat maison à tomber ! Nous cherchons une bonne raison de revenir ! Ce gîte met la barre très haut pour retrouver un service aussi complet et agréable. Merci Laurette !

EXCELLENT SEJOUR !
Merci pour la brioche fabriquée avec amour par la propriétaire! La maison est très spacieuse , d'une propreté remarquable et très bien décorée. Ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale , situation calme et proche des commodités. La ville de Montluçon à 20 minutes est à découvrir ainsi que la région. Toute la famille a pu profiter de ce bel hébergement avec grand plaisir.
