Check in was quick. Asked for a pet free room as I have allergies to animals, especially cats. Room was not vacuumed very well, lots of animal hair along the bed, walls, and in the bathroom corners. There was also cat hair and puke in the hallway just down the hall from my room. It was there the entire time of my stay (9 nights) - no one from housekeeping cleaned it up. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked! Took care of the housekeeping myself. Restaurant staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good - inside tables could of been kept cleaner.

Pools were great, the rest not so much

I’m chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and water slide. The slide was only open 4-9 which was a bit disappointing. Apparently there was a baseball athletic event in town. The first day at the pool there were a dozen rowdy boys at the pool diving, running, shoving, and a lot of shoving and horseplay at the top of this very tall slide. I asked the young male lifeguard to ask them to tone it down as my 8&9 year old granddaughters were intimidated and hesitant to slide or use the pool when the boys were near. He did ask one boy but the behavior continued. The next day the boys came again but the young woman lifeguard enforced the rules so we were able to enjoy the pool. We went down to breakfast at 830 (we were told breakfast was 6-10) and they were out of sausage, potatoes and gravy and eggs. A large portion of the parking lot was closed to parking- there was no sign saying because of oil and my grandson got oil all over him because he rode his little bike through oil thinking it was only a puddle. Ice maker didn’t work. Restaurant had one server/bartender and food was mediocre. The next day we got Dominoes and it was much better. The slide/pools were awesome(when horseplay was controlled), rooms were clean and beds comfy but very disappointing experience overall for the price.
