There is a gentle zip line in the front yard and big swing hanging from one of the huge trees. Inside the house there is spacious kitchen with a huge gas range and commercial refrigerator. It connects to a huge living room with tall windows overlooking the lake, great for indoor family gatherings. The house also has a bar with pool table and exercise elliptical bike. The game room opens to a huge outdoor deck overlooking the front yard and zip line and also the back and the lake. There are kayaks in the boat house available to use on the lake. Front loading washer and drier. A total of four ovens and did we mention the massive gas range and a second kitchen in the pool house. Plenty of smart tvs. Plenty of twin beds available in the bunk house. Plenty of private noocks in the up stairs. Four full bathrooms. The two queen bedrooms on the second floor share a jack and Jill bath with each bedroom having a separate vanity on either side of the shower/bath. Another upstairs full bath is steps down the hall on the way to the game room. The king bedroom on the third floor is above the game room. It has lots of space and great views of the lake, you have to come down and go through the game room to get to the bathroom, or it can be one giant suite on two levels with a pool table exercise bike and giant deck and a balcony. The first floor master overlooks the pool and steps out to the back porch. The inside gathering areas are the game room on the second floor with the giant deck and balcony overlooking the lake, and the kitchen living room and sitting room all interconnected with a fireplace and two smart tvs. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the lake and a back door to access the large screened porch and giant pool deck. Just beyond the pool is a covered pavilion with a fire place. Down to the lake is a boat house with kayaks for the lake. Large groups can gather to eat around the huge island in the kitchen or sit in the adjoining dinning room or sitting room. The separate bunk house is steps away from the main house and has three bedrooms one bathroom and nine single beds.the pool house also has its own bathroom and kitchen and a two over queen bunk bed.
