3 Little Birds is a spectacular, family-friendly home. A short walk from the beach, this home has equally-stunning views of a classic beach neighborhood and the ever-inviting Atlantic Ocean.

When not on the beach, in the pool, or soaking in the hot tub, you can enjoy DirectTV on the 55-inch LCD HDTV in the vaulted family room. There are four additional TVs with DVD players in the two main bedrooms. This home has free WiFi and the kids will enjoy the pool table in the game room, the basketball hoop at the large concrete driveway, and the family-friendly games they can play on the lawn. The chef will appreciate the kitchen's countertops, appliances, and breakfast bar, not to mention the home's ocean-side dining. For the adventurer, there are crab traps under the home to try out at the sound right across the street. Enjoy coffee on the porch at the dining bar and savor the evening sunsets from the south-facing sundeck.

There was no gas for the grill. The house has black mold growing in a closet and I where the washer and dryer are. Very bad mildew smell on the first and second level. My husband has a lung disease and was having problems with the Oder. Plus a friend with cancer was having problems also. I can send you pictures that I took

We enjoyed our week at Blue Heaven. We were there when it was a bit cold, and didn't use the pool or the decks. For our beach trips, fishing, and exploring it was a perfect base. Very close to great beach access, Shipwreck museum, and the free (!) ferry. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Chefs/Anglers, bring your own precision cutlery if you are accustomed to it. Would recommend the property. Shore Details handled two calls about the hot tub (it needed water and the outside water was off for season) and rents 4x4s to use on the beaches. I also recommend doing that to make the most of all that coastline. Great Vacation.

Amazing week at the beach!

Bimini Twist was an excellent beach house for our large group. We were a group of 3 families each with 2 kids (ages 18 months to 10 years) and two adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked and could easily handle multiple cooks at the same time catering to the diverse dietary needs of our crew. The pool was beautiful, the hot tub was relaxing, and the pool table entertained the older kids and adults alike when seeking mid-day refuge from the sun. The beach is absolutely perfect and only a 3 minute walk away - we let the older kids make the walk on their own. The road through the subdivision only serves about 15 homes and there is very little traffic on in. One of the real benefits of the beach is that bonfires are allowed. The kids loved roasting marshmallows in the evenings. There are a couple items you should note as you prepare for your visit. The bath/kitchen towels provided are barely adequate - we ended up buying some cheap ones to augment what was provided - and you definitely should bring your own beach towels. Also, if you plan to use the basketball net, bring your own ball. There are no beach chairs or umbrella's provided, so bring those as well. This is a 3-floor home and the kitchen/living room is on the third floor - so this is lots of stairs for little ones and older guests. Bimini Twist would be even better if the dinning room table could actually seat 12 (it only can seat 10) and if there were a card table that could be set up for puzzles/games. There is a small screened in porch off the kitchen, but the door to the outside was missing - I assume this will be fixed sometime in the future. Overall, there was plenty of space for gathering together and for getting a little privacy when staying at Bimini Twist. I strongly recommend it. Note: another reviewer left a negative review based primarily on the uncomfortable furniture. We do NOT share this opinion. The furniture was fine!

Beautiful home but very uncomfortable

Bimini Twist was perfectly located. The floor plan was great. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The sofa was near impossible to get up from without the help of another. The two bucket style chairs were incredibly loud and squeaky. My husband went as far as to buy some WD 40 and even that didn't help. The master king size bed was so uncomfortable. I have never had a more sleepless vacation. We went 2 days without wifi and satellite. the oven is out of sinc as well. It got extremely hot fast even at mid to low setting.
