Helt okej hotell

Sköna sängar, lagom temperatur. Rent. Det som drar ner betyget är framförallt att det är väldigt lyhört. Sedan blev det översvämning på toaletten när man duschade. Det var inte bara i vårt rum fick vi veta

Friendly staff, tired hotel appearance

We stayed 4 nights because of visit to Astrid Lindgrens Värld. And overall conclusion that it is a nice hotel, but we do not understand how it has 4 staff, and you do not get value for money. One of us is in a wheel chair, so it is important with handicap friendly room. Unfortunately the promised bath chair was not available the first night. Staff tried to help, but still not ok as we had written in advance and underlined the need. Furthermore the room was not so well for wheel chair due to a small hallway in the room. And it is placed right next to the common area so a lot of noise from people talking during the evening. The rooms were not too clean, and it was not clear on how to arrange cleaning. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is not well isolated so there was a lot of noise from the other rooms. What is good about the hotel is that there is a nice common area, and it is possible to store food in freezer and fridge. When in car the location is ok when visiting Astrid Lindgrens Värld and her fb Staff is friendly and helpful, but we’re puzzled how the hotel has obtained 4 stars.

Potentiellt kul för barn och nära ALV

Vid incheckning fick vi ett oengagerat mottagande. Vi fick ingen info över huvud taget om faciliteterna- pool, lekplats, minigolf, lekrum, filmrum etc. Och då kom vi med barn. Poolen hittade vi på egen hand men visste inte att vi kunde få rabatt med hotellet etc. Rummet ok men var under lekrummet- lät som en elefanthjord ovanför. Saknade mjölk till kaffet på rummet. Dessutom var kvällsbuffen i restaurangen inte värd sitt pris och att skriva att det finns A la carte när det finns en rätt att välja på är väl sådär.

Familjevänligt hotell

Familjevänligt hotell med det lilla extra. Bokade ekonomi rum och det var precis lagom för oss. Nära till lekrum och utomhuspool en bit bort som barnen älskade. Enda minuset var brödet till frukosten, torra frallor som inte kändes nya. Men resten av frukosten helt ok. Bra standard utbud med ägg, bacon, fil, pannkakor, vattenmelon mm.

The hotel is not the newest. Still it has some advantages and friendly staff. Cozy beds and nice surroundings. Breakfast without Espresso Machine and could be improved in many ways.

Hyggeligt med plads til forbedringer

Generelt er hyggeligt hotel med masser af muligheder og ligger godt. Det var pænt og rent og venligt personale. De er lidt udfordret i restauranten mht. timing.. aftens buffet mangler tit det mest populære ting og der var lang ventetid på opfyldning, ligeledes morgenmads buffeten var der lange ventetider på de mest populære ting op mod 20 min begge dage
