Great location and lots of room!

Enjoyed staying at this location which was minutes away from Canmore and just a quick ride to get to the mountains. The location was clean and well-stocked with basic items. We loved the fact that the host provided us with a free National Park pass. The hosts were fantastic at answering any questions we had, but everything was so easy with them. Also, the process to enter the location was quick and easy! We will be back!

When we arrived the chalet smelled very musky. By the time we came back from Banff the next evening it smelled like sewage and kept getting worse. We called Cathy and left her a voice message and she did not return our call. We could not stay any longer as the smell of sewage was making us sick so we had to leave an entire day and night early. We told Cathy this in our vm and we were completely ignored. This was clearly a pre existing problem. Very disappointing. Do NOT rent this property.

A very convenient lodge for accessing Banff and Canmore. Only one exit from each. Any minor issue was dealt with efficiently by the Host without impacting our stay. Super nice, unadvertised touch was the use of an annual pass to the Park! Good communication before and during the stay.

What a great experience. The Chalet was clean, safe and had all the amenities. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains while enjoying a beer.
