No room available even a month of booking advanced
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!
I had booked at this hotel a whole MONTH in advance for friday 05/09/2025 to sunday 05/11/2025, and when I got there at 11PM to check in, there were bums smoking cigarettes, a man who ran inside warning us his car got towed even though he lived at the hotel, rugs were dirty in the lobby and it straight up smelled like piss and mildew. So many red flags at this hotel I should've turned around but I was still hopeful and TIRED from being jetlagged from my flight.
RIGHT WHEN I CHECKED IN, the lady at the front said she can't check me in even though I ALREADY PAID for the rooms a month in advance and reserved it, and something about the system saying it was already booked.
The security gaurd went upstairs to check on the room and he thankfully said the hotel room was A MESS, and we could not check in because house cleaning had not got it prepared for us??? What is the point of paying for EARLY check in when THE ROOM ISNT EVEN READY FOR US??
So me and my family were in the lobby for about an hour while only the night shift lady and the security gaurd were trying to figure out what happend, and when I asked for a refund, the lady called her manager over the phone and manager said she can't just let her just give me another new room.
She would have to cancel my check in and I'd have to go to whoever booked the hotel with to get it refunded, they basically said pound sand.
Long story short they did not even have our room available gave fake refund invoice
