I’ve stayed here plenty of times and normally it’s a great experience. Unfortunately, this time the room was still dirty. When I checked in the hot water was not working they did switch my room unfortunately it also wasn’t that clean. I don’t wanna see hair while I’m taking a shower that belongs to someone else.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hartford/Farmington. My room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. I truly appreciated the thoughtful little touches—especially the personalized welcome message on the TV, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I want to give special recognition to Jayden at the front desk. Jayden was an absolute gem: friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
