Don't understand positive reviews for this property. At best, everthing is just okay. One drawback: rooms have little soundproofing. You will hear every plane in the flight path over the facility (reasonably loud plane noise); you will hear the person walking around in the room above you -- just hope they won't be doing that in the middle of the night. The room condition is just decent: a couple of steps above dump.

I had booked a king size bed and was given a queen and was told that was all they had left because I booked through Expedia . They did take 18.00 off the price but that is not the point I wanted a king size bed.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were average. I had booked two rooms and told the lady at Checkin that my friend would be paying for one room. I gave her my card. Then my friend gave her card, and she said she already charged me for both rooms. She didn’t tell us the location of elevator or anything else. I asked about breakfast. She said they had coffee only. I would not stay there again. An employee came out and was smoking drugs in front of hotel.

The ladies behind the counter this morning were absolutely fabulous! Very professional, easy to communicate with and very friendly. The room was really very nice and the bed was comfortable.

For an IHG property (which I generally flock to and enjoy), this one was a bit scary. Extremely outdated, rust in the bathroom; I did not feel comfortable staying here and question the cleanliness or lack there of.

Nightmare

Tub was rusted, looked like someone used the tub as a toilet. Door latch broken. A/C smelled like it was chain smoking cigarettes. Floor was sticky. And lastly, we asked for an extra towel and were told only two towels per room then all extra towels were being washed but gave me an extra hand towel.
